We are looking for an experienced
HR Operations professional
to lead and strengthen the HR Operations function. The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless employee lifecycle processes, maintaining high service levels and TATs, ensuring HR data accuracy, driving process improvements and leveraging technology and automation to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in
HR Operations, HRIS, employee lifecycle management, HR MIS, process automation and team management
.
Key Responsibilities
1
. Employee Joining & Exit Management
- Define, document and implement
SOPs and processes
for HR Operations.
- Ensure seamless and timely completion of
joining, onboarding and exit formalities
.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data and documentation.
- Implement and monitor
maker-checker controls
across HR Operations processes.
- Ensure adherence to defined
TATs, processes and compliance requirements
.
- Conduct periodic audits/reviews of HR data and operational processes.

Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage HR Operations processes including
transfers, confirmations, employment letters, employee data updates and documentation
.
- Ensure timely and accurate updation of employee records in
HRIS/HRMS systems
.
- Manage consultant and intern databases and related HR processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate
HR MIS and dashboards
for management.
- Provide employee data to internal stakeholders including
Finance, Administration, Compliance, Risk and HRBPs
.

Outsourced / Off-Roll Employee Management
- Coordinate with external vendors for effective management of outsourced employees.
- Manage queries and operational requirements related to off-roll employees.
- Maintain accurate
off-roll/outsourced employee databases
.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of off-roll employee data.
- Manage the
hiring, onboarding and documentation
process for off-roll associates
