Job Purpose/ Summary
The KAM – Sales (Advanced Textile. assists the Category Head and is responsible for sales and business development, order execution, customer management, and working capital control for an identified market or customer cluster. The role focuses on achieving short-to-medium term objectives related to top line, contribution, customer satisfaction, market intelligence, and product pipelines, while ensuring OTIF performance, sustainability, risk adherence, and team development.

The Sales Manager/AGM/DGM (Advanced Textiles. assists the Category Head and is responsible for sales and business development, order execution, customer management, and working capital control for an identified market or customer cluster. The role focuses on achieving short-to-medium term objectives related to top line, contribution, customer satisfaction, market intelligence, and product pipelines, while ensuring OTIF performance, sustainability, risk adherence, and team development.
