About the Role:

This is hands-on project management and client servicing role for an architect who loves to manage people/ tasks/ projects. Candidate should have keen interest in handling 3D arch-viz and physical scale model projects.

Job Description:
- Project and Production Management for the teams assigned
- Client relationship management and servicing for assigned jobs – owner of assigned project
(3D Arch-viz/physical scale models)
- Ensuring smooth working relationship with clients




- Attending client Brief Meetings/ Taking Approvals/ Seeking Inputs – Single Point of Contact of the Company for assigned projects
- Responsible for developing a detailed project briefing after capturing all the requirements from Sales Teams/ Client
- Development of project implementation and delivery plan in coordination with Team Leads
- Coordinate with creative, interior, modeling and post-production teams for timely delivery
- Providing feedback on work delivered to the specific teams from time to time
- Coordination with Team Leads and Sales Team for a balanced production flow
- Taking critical decisions involving life-cycle of all projects on floor
- CRM Management and Updates
- Invoicing on Time and Payment Realizations
- Reporting manager for all team leads and work in close coordination with the sales team.
- Supports HR team with the hiring and Leave management

Candidate Profile:
- B.Arch mandatory
- 2.5-5 years of relevant experience in project management and client servicing
