Job Purpose
Participates in engineering solutions as part of the Manufacturing Engineering function, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

General description of scope

Performs with autonomy, in accordance with department and/or project instructions, schedules and processes requirements to Develop the production process to improve the performance standard, Establish current production processes ,Create production documentation,



work instructions/Setup sheet , CNC program and/or routings .

Main Accountabilities
- Performs with autonomy, in accordance with department and/or project instructions, schedules and processes requirements to:
- Create production documentation for Turn Mill machines, such as, Setup sheet, CNC programs on Mazatrol CAM/Controller , NX CAM Software and routings.
- Verify programs in vericut/Mazatrol.
- Create cutting tools in TDM.
- Develop the production process to improve the performance standard.
- Establish new production processes.
- Co-ordinate with vendors to create tool library in TDM, develop Post processors of various machines & vericut template.
- Supervises less experienced engineering personnel by checking their calculations and engineering solutions and ensures quality and efficiency of deliverables.
- Review of drawings, part reports and procedures to ensure parts can be safely produced in the most eff
