Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Technical Lead – Sales
to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions across
D2C and B2B channels
, including Lead, Chance, and Order Management, enterprise integrations, and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical design for Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
- Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, APIs, Events, and middleware.
- Drive Lead, Opportunity, Order Management, Forecasting, and Pipeline Automation solutions.
- Lead sprint planning, estimation, technical design, and delivery for offshore/onsite teams.
- Manage integrations with SAP/ERP systems and custom microservices.
- Ensure coding standards, security, integration guidelines, and architectural principles.
- Lead production issue triage and technical problem resolution.




- Mentor developers on Apex performance, scalable design, and LWC best practices.
- Ensure release readiness and regression stability.
- Lead a team of 8–10 offshore developers in an Agile environment.
- Promote Agentforce, Copilot, AI-powered development, prompt engineering, and coding accelerators.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10–15 years of Salesforce development experience, with 3+ years as a Technical Lead.
- Salesforce PD1 and PD2 certifications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, APIs, Events, data modeling, and security.
- Experience with Copado, Jenkins, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Enterprise integration experience with SAP/ERP and microservices.
- Proven Agile team leadership and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Automotive, Retail, or D2C environments.
