About the Role

We are looking for a
Director
– Growth
to drive revenue growth, customer success, account expansion and overall business performance across key customer segments.This is a
business growth role
, not a conventional sales or account-management position. The role will work at the intersection of
Revenue, Customer Success, Business Strategy
to identify growth opportunities, improve retention, expand existing accounts and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own growth and revenue performance across assigned customer segments, accounts or business verticals.
- Drive
customer retention, account expansion, upselling, cross-selling and revenue growth
.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer penetration, wallet share and account potential.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with
enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
.
- Partner with Revenue, Operations, Product, Technology,



Finance and Customer Success teams to solve customer problems and improve business outcomes.
- Track key business metrics including
revenue, gross margin, retention, churn, account growth, customer satisfaction and service performance
.
- Develop growth plans, account plans, forecasts, business reviews and performance dashboards.
- Use
data and business analytics
to identify revenue gaps, pricing opportunities, customer risks and expansion opportunities.
- Drive structured customer reviews, proactive engagement and problem-solving.
- Build scalable processes for account management, customer success, reporting and performance tracking.

What We're Looking For
- 6–10+ years of experience
in Growth, Revenue Management, Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, Business Strategy or similar business roles.
- Experience in
Logistics Tech, SaaS, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketplace or B2B platform businesses
is preferred.
