Role Overview:

This role leads and delivers complex international land development, infrastructure, and





roadway projects across North America, the UK, Europe, and ANZ markets. The position

involves end-to-end ownership of project planning, design review, quality assurance, and timely

delivery while ensuring compliance with global engineering standards. The role requires direct

client engagement, stakeholder coordination, and effective management of multidisciplinary

teams. It also focuses on mentoring engineers and drafters while driving best practices in Civil

3D–based design and project execution. The position may involve rotational shifts to align with

overseas clients and global project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end land development, infrastructure, and roadway projects

for North American, UK, or European clients.

• Oversee project teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, and client

requirements.
