Job Description – Marketing Associate

AI Workflows, GEO & Demand Generation

Location: Gurgaon (On Site)

Role Overview
- This person will help scale Signzy’s marketing engine while applying
AI workflows and agents
to make the team faster, more consistent, and more effective.
- You will own meaningful parts of campaign and growth operations, spanning AI-enabled research and content workflows to social distribution, SEO/GEO initiatives, outbound lead qualification, reporting, and experimentation.
- Cold calling and sales-lead qualification are core responsibilities, not occasional support work.

What You’ll Do

AI Workflows & Automation

● Own and optimize AI-enabled marketing workflows for market research, content production, campaign operations, lead enrichment, outreach preparation, reporting, and follow-up.

● Configure, train, test, and improve AI agents, including Hermes-style agents, for marketing, research, content, and sales-development workflows.

Social Media & Content

● Plan and execute social-media campaigns, especially LinkedIn,



including editorial calendars, posts, executive-led content, distribution, engagement, and performance analysis.

SEO & GEO

● Lead SEO and GEO execution, including topic strategy, content briefs, technical/on-page recommendations, competitive analysis, citation/AI-visibility tracking, and performance reporting.

● Use and improve SEO/GEO tools and dashboards to identify content and visibility opportunities.

Demand Generation & Lead Qualification

● Build target-account lists, research decision-makers, enrich prospect data, and maintain high-quality CRM hygiene.

● Qualify sales leads through cold calling: conduct outbound calls, validate prospect fit, uncover pain points and buying context, manage objections, identify decision-makers, score leads, and set meetings for the sales team.
