Manager/ Sr. Manager - Business Expansion (Retail)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to lead retail expansion and strategic growth for a premium brand based in Mumbai for Pan-India level.
Industry-Luxury Watch/Retail/Fashion/Beauty/Apparel
Key focus areas:
✔ Retail expansion strategy & location scouting
✔ Lease negotiations & commercial closures
✔ New store rollout & project execution
✔ Robust network with developers, brokers & retail partners
✔ Vendor management, fit-outs & cross-functional coordination
Preferred background:
• 8–15 years of experience in Retail Expansion / Business Development / Project Management
• Exposure to Fashion, Lifestyle, Jewelry, or Premium Apparel brands
• Experience in real estate negotiations, store launches, and franchise development is a plus
