We are looking for a
Technical Support Engineer
with at least
2 years of experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and be comfortable supporting users, applications, and technical systems.

Knowledge of the
MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
will be a strong advantage, as the role may involve troubleshooting web applications and working closely with the development team.

Key Responsibilities




- Provide technical support to internal users and customers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Monitor and troubleshoot web applications and services.
- Identify, document, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate development or technical teams.
- Work with developers to investigate application bugs and production issues.
- Perform basic database troubleshooting and data checks.
- Maintain documentation for common issues, solutions, and support processes.
- Assist with application deployment, configuration, and system maintenance when required.
- Follow up on reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer/user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
