We’re hiring an
Influencer & Partnerships Manager
to own influencer, agency and third-party collaborations for our
D2C business
. You source the right creators, run the campaigns end-to-end, negotiate the deals, and own the numbers that come back.

What You’ll Own
- Scout & vet creators:
find influencers whose audience, niche and vibe fit each bundle.
- Run campaigns end-to-end:
brief creators, lock deliverables and timelines, ensure disclosure compliance.
- Negotiate deals:
rates, usage rights, and payment terms with influencers, agencies and partners.
- Manage agencies & third parties:
brief, coordinate and hold partners accountable to scope and deadlines.
- Track performance:
measure ROI, engagement and conversions; report what worked and what to scale.
- Build the network:
grow and maintain a strong,



repeatable roster of creators and partners.

- A sharp negotiator who can manage budgets, rates and contracts without dropping the ball.
- Commercially aware - you understand audiences, trends and what drives content ROI.
- Analytical - you read campaign metrics and turn them into clear, actionable calls.
- Highly organised - you juggle multiple creators, deadlines and deliverables at once.
- Quick, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.

Must-Have Skills
- Influencer / partnership management —
running creator or brand collaborations. Required.
- Negotiation & contracts —
rates, usage rights, payment terms. Required.
- Campaign & calendar management —
multiple deliverables, on time. Required.
- Performance reporting —
ROI, engagement, conversion tracking.
