Description

We are seeking highly motivated Project Coordinators to support and monitor the health of client projects across the organization. This entry-level role involves ensuring that each project is set up for success with the right structure, documentation, resources, and delivery standards. The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to verify project readiness, track execution, maintain documentation, and assist in communicating project outcomes to clients. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn project management fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Verify that every assigned project has a complete and well-defined team structure.
- Ensure the presence of a comprehensive project execution plan, test plan, and delivery checklist.
- Monitor the availability and allocation of resources and ensure proper resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.




- Track project progress and proactively identify potential risks or issues to prevent client escalations.
- Support teams by coordinating internal communication and ensuring smooth workflow across project stages.
- Assist the team in documenting project delivery upon completion and ensure the final documentation is communicated to the client.
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with senior project managers and team leads to ensure compliance with organizational project standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
- Solid organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Basic understanding of project management principles (internships or certifications are a plus).
