Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and premium clients.
- Present and promote luxury properties through personalized presentations, property visits, and exclusive client events.




- Understand client requirements and recommend properties aligned with their lifestyle and investment objectives.
- Provide informed guidance on market trends, property valuations, investment opportunities, and potential returns.
- Handle sales negotiations and successfully close transactions while meeting or exceeding targets.
- Deliver a premium and personalized client experience throughout the entire sales journey.
- Respond to client queries and concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively.
- Maintain strong knowledge of luxury real estate developments, market trends, competitors, and investment opportunities.
