Role & Responsibilities
- Handle
end-to-end recruitment




from sourcing to joining.
- Post jobs on
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
, and other portals.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage
salary negotiation, document verification, offer letters, and onboarding
.
- Manage daily
HR operations
, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support implementation of
HR policies and compliance
, including POSH.
- Coordinate
monthly payroll
with the Finance/Payroll team.
- Plan
employee engagement and team-building activities
.
- Prepare
HR MIS reports
and recruitment/employee trackers using Excel/HRMS.
- Coordinate
domestic travel and hotel bookings
for senior management when required.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with different departments for HR-related issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline;
MBA/PGDM in HR
is an advantage.
