Role Overview

InsuranceMarket.ae is looking for a agile and commercially driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong recruitment agency background with proven experience hiring for the banking, financial services, fintech, insurance, or financial brokerage sectors. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has extensive experience in sourcing niche financial talent, managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously, and partnering closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality hires within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for each role.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across various business functions.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers,



and manage candidate engagement through to joining.
- Collect and verify pre-employment documentation, conduct professional reference checks, and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed prior to the candidate joining date.
- Take ownership of assigned vacancies and drive them to closure within agreed recruitment timelines.
- Manage multiple active vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of delivery.
- Proactively identify and escalate vacancies at risk of delay and propose alternative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct first stage screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, relevant experience, communication skills, motivation, compensation expectations, notice period, and overall fit before presenting candidates to hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates against defined role requirements and provide managers with structured assessment notes and recommendations rather than CV
