Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, confident, warm, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, strong customer-service orientation, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently in a premium aesthetic clinic environment.

The role requires someone who can welcome clients professionally, manage appointments, coordinate with doctors and counselors, handle calls and inquiries,



and ensure a smooth client experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional, and positive attitude.
- Manage the reception/front desk and maintain a premium clinic environment.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and basic client queries professionally.
- Manage and coordinate appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and rescheduling.
- Register current clients and maintain accurate client information.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, counselors, and the sales team regarding client appointments and schedules.
- Ensure clients are attended to promptly and guide them through the clinic experience.
- Maintain the daily appointment schedule and minimize waiting time.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with clients regarding scheduled visits.
- Handle walk-in clients and coordinate their consultations.
