Candidate Specification & Job Description
Candidates must have 18-22 Years of experience in OTC process.

Assess the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including Customer Master, Order Management, Billing, Cash Application, Collections, Credit Risk, and Deductions & Disputes, to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.

Validate key performance drivers such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), working capital efficiency, and revenue leakage to improve cash flow and financial performance.

Review revenue recognition practices, credit governance, collection policy compliance, and customer onboarding controls to strengthen risk management and regulatory compliance.

Re-engineer collections processes through customer segmentation, dispute elimination, billing simplification, and optimized cash forecasting to improve operational efficiency.





Perform collection effectiveness diagnostics and deduction root-cause analytics to identify process inefficiencies and reduce recurring issues.

Deliver working capital analytics and actionable insights that enhance cash conversion, liquidity management, and financial decision-making.

Implement AI-powered collections agents to automate customer follow-ups, prioritize collection activities, and improve recovery rates.

Deploy intelligent deduction coding and predictive collections using Artificial Intelligence to automate dispute resolution and forecast customer payment behaviour.

Introduce customer service virtual assistants and autonomous cash application to improve customer experience, automate payment matching, and reduce manual effort.

Drive end-to-end O2C transformation by combining process optimization, advanced analytics, governance, and AI-driven automation to enhance operational performance, minimize risk, and maximize cash flow.
