Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an
AI Automation Engineer
. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain an intelligent, multi-agent AI ecosystem to automate core business operations for BisChat.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on orchestrating AI agents and automated workflows (via
n8n / APIs
)
to handle internal office and administrative capabilities—including automated email response handling, billing and invoice monitoring, LinkedIn/Social Media interactions, and routine admin tasks. You will integrate up-to-date LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude) with third-party SaaS tools, webhooks, and databases to build a self-sustaining operational engine under humane, human-in-the-loop oversight.
Qualifications
- Workflow Orchestration & Automation:
Hands-on experience with
n8n
, Make.com, or similar workflow platforms to build complex business logic and agentic pipelines.
- API Integration & Webhooks:
Strong proficiency in connecting REST APIs, webhooks, JSON parsing, and databases (e.g., Supabase, PostgreSQL) to automate data flow across platforms (Email, LinkedIn, Stripe, ClickUp/Notion).
- LLM & Agentic AI Systems:
Deep understanding of modern LLM APIs (Gemini, GPT-4, Claude), function calling, sy
