Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at Spinta Digital will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the Chennai office. This contract, on-site role will involve partnering with leadership to understand talent needs, designing hiring plans, conducting interviews, and facilitating smooth induction processes.



The Human Resources Manager will manage HR policies, maintain employee records, coordinate payroll-related inputs, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving employee queries, supporting learning and development initiatives, driving culture-building activities, and contributing to HR reporting and analytics to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding to manage hiring and integration of team members effectively.
- Experience with performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution to support a positive and productive work environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation to ensure accurate and compliant HR operations.
