Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and identify opportunities across corporate training, leadership development, and business solutions
- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders




- Develop customized learning and engagement solutions based on organizational objectives and workforce needs
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate training programs, workshops, team-building initiatives, and events
- Work with trainers, facilitators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery
- Manage project timelines, budgets, logistics, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
- Support business development activities, including client presentations, proposals, solution discussions, and follow-ups
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with clients to gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness
- Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure a strong participant and client experience
