Description

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our team. The role involves understanding business processes, gathering requirements, supporting solution development, performing software testing, and performing backend configurations in MySQL to ensure accurate and efficient business operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Support the preparation of functional specifications and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with requirements.
- Assist in software testing, validating functionalities, and reporting defects.




- Perform backend configurations using MySQL or other databases.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and learning initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) will be a big plus
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a team-oriented workplace.
