Role Description The Data Analyst at Turmeric Media is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this position, the Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources to support content and business decisions. The role involves performing statistical analyses, building data models,



and generating insights to measure audience engagement, content performance, and operational efficiency. The Data Analyst will create dashboards and reports, translate complex findings into clear recommendations, and collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and leadership teams. This role requires a detail-oriented approach, robust problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
Solid grounding in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and descriptive analysis.
Proficiency in data modeling, database querying, and structuring data for reporting and analysis.
Clear and effective communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
