We help enterprises design, build, and scale IT projects through GCC setup, end-to-end IT solutions, and Interview-as-a-Service. We serve over 200 clients across various industries with approximately 1,500 employees and offices in Tampa, Dubai, and Mumbai.

About The Role
This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution within our IT projects. You will be responsible for defining requirements, ensuring project alignment, and facilitating successful delivery. Your expertise will ensure that IT solutions effectively meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirements Specification (BRS) and Functional Specification Document (FSD) documents.




- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure stakeholder sign-off.
- Track and report project status, risks, and issues.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Any IT Graduate degree.
- Proficiency in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation (FSD, BRS).
- Robust SQL skills.
- Understanding of functional and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with VAPT / Application Security.
- Participation in UAT.
