Manager -BD & Proposal leads business development and end-to-end proposal activities for EPC, EPCM, FEED, and technology licensing opportunities across the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors, coordinating technical and commercial teams to develop compliant, competitive proposals and drive order wins.

Functions:

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities across EPC, EPCM, FEED, and technology licensing projects in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, licensors, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the business opportunity pipeline, monitor market trends, identify recent prospects, and support market expansion across India, APAC, and the Middle East.
- Lead client engagement, presentations, techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and relationship management throughout the business development cycle.
