Marketing Manager

Experience: 7+ years in Marketing, with 2+ years in a management or quality assurance role.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our India-based marketing team and work closely with the Australian marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, international brand experience, and hands-on knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Align marketing campaigns and creative output with Australian brand strategy and consumer expectations.
- Review and quality-check designs, copy, social media, email, website content, print materials, and paid advertisements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the Australian marketing team on briefs, campaigns, timelines, and content strategy.
- Introduce and implement AI tools to improve content creation, research, creative production, and workflow efficiency.
- Support GEO and AI-search optimization for website and marketing content.




- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Provide strategic feedback and ensure continuous improvement in team performance and creative output.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in a managerial or QA role.
- Mandatory experience working with international/overseas brands, preferably Australian brands.
- Robust understanding of branding, consumer behaviour, positioning, segmentation, and digital marketing.
- Excellent English communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-control mindset.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Experience across digital, social media, print, and campaign development.
- Familiarity with project management tools
