ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Overview
The Soft Services Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating non-technical facility services to ensure optimal workplace environments for clients. This role involves managing service delivery, vendor relationships, and quality standards across cleaning, catering, security, landscaping, and other hospitality services within commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery Management Coordinate and supervise soft services operations including cleaning,



waste management, pest control, catering, security, and landscaping services. Monitor service quality against established standards and client expectations, conducting regular inspections and audits. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all service areas.
Vendor and Contract Management Manage relationships with multiple service providers and subcontractors. Monitor contract performance, resolve service issues, and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Negotiate contract renewals and variations as required. Conduct vendor performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
Client Relationship Management Serve as primary point of contact for client soft services requirements. Respond promptly to client requests, complaints, and feedback. Prepare regular service reports and presentations for clients. Conduct client meetings to review perfor
