About the Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive Tele calling Executive with excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and possess basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.

Eligibility
- Graduate (any stream).
- Basic spoken English.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Resident of West Delhi or nearby areas preferred.

Desired Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone etiquette.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
