Role Overview
We are looking for an
Associate - IT Strategy & TMO
who brings strong strategy and consulting expertise to drive technology transformation and strengthen IT operating practices.

This is a
strategy-focused role, not a coordination role
. The ideal candidate will bring consulting rigor, structured problem-solving, and industry best practices to IT strategy initiatives. You will work across transformation programs, operating models, portfolio governance, and executive reporting to help leadership make informed, strategic decisions.

The role requires someone who can
analyze, structure, challenge, and deliver
—rather than simply track activities and report status.

- Conduct current-state assessments to identify gaps, opportunities, risks, and improvement areas
- Consolidate inputs across multiple workstreams and translate them into explicit, actionable narratives for senior leadership
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional challenges before they become escalations
- Develop and maintain transformation frameworks, playbooks, and reusable methodologies based on industry best practices
- Support the evolution of the IT operating model in line with changing business and technology strategies
- Develop and maintain living operating-model documentation that accurately reflects how IT functions operate in pract
