Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable

to join our mentoring team and support learners in developing practical, industry-relevant digital marketing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid professional background in Digital Marketing along with
demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or teaching Digital Marketing
. The role requires an individual who can effectively translate industry knowledge into structured learning experiences and provide practical guidance through real-world examples, projects, and case studies.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured and engaging training sessions covering core and advanced Digital Marketing concepts.
- Mentor learners throughout their learning journey and provide guidance based on individual learning needs.
- Develop and deliver practical, industry-oriented learning activities, assignments, and projects.
- Provide hands-on guidance across areas including
SEO,



SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Digital Analytics

- Demonstrate the practical application of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Guide learners in developing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate learner assignments and projects and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Explain industry practices, campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
- Share relevant industry insights, current market trends, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Support learners in developing practical portfolios and job-ready skills.
