About the Role





We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations and delivering a premium guest experience. The candidate should have strong experience in premium/fine dining or 5-star hotels.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant and floor operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, grooming, and ambience.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure effective service recovery.
- Lead and supervise the FOH team, including Captains and Stewards.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure smooth coordination between FOH and Kitchen.
- Monitor service quality, table management, order accuracy, and service timelines.
- Drive upselling and revenue through effective guest engagement.
- Support manpower planning, team training, and performance management.
