Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Workday HCM role focused on supporting the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Human Capital Management platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing core HCM modules, updating worker data, and assisting with business process configuration changes. The role involves creating and maintaining reports and dashboards,



supporting testing cycles for new releases or enhancements, and troubleshooting user issues in collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders. The Workday HCM specialist will document processes, support data integrity and compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and HR operational efficiency.
