About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Engineer to provide essential L1/L2 support for business-critical systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the high availability and reliability of applications, diagnosing technical issues, and collaborating with development teams to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 application support for business-critical systems
- Monitor application performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs
- Work closely with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments




- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and suggest preventive measures
- Manage and monitor application logs, server health, and database performance
- Handle incident management, problem management, and change requests
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and escalations
- Support application deployments, patches, and upgrades
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and processes

Requirements
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server and Oracle Database
- Expertise with Apache Tomcat server
- Robust understanding of networking concepts
- Proven troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with ticketing tools
- Any IT Graduate

Nice to Have
- Production support experience
