We’re Hiring | Customer Service Intern KIDBEA® is looking for a Customer Service Intern who is confident, enthusiastic, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the team.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Positive problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is a plus.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
