About Crave

Crave by Leena is a premium plant-based patisserie based in Bengaluru, with a strong Shopify-led D2C business across celebration cakes, customised cakes, cupcakes, desserts, gifting and dietary-specific collections.

We are now building paid acquisition fully in-house as part of a broader Growth team.

The Role

This is a hands-on performance marketing role — not an agency-management position.

You will personally operate and scale Crave’s Meta and Google accounts, analyse performance, run structured tests, improve tracking and work closely with our Growth lead, in-house photographer/videographer, designer/Shopify resource and Inside Sales team.

The objective is
profitable customer and revenue growth, not platform screenshots.

Your Mandate

Become the internal owner of Meta and Google,



improve acquisition economics and remove founder dependence from day-to-day paid-media management.

What You Will Own

1. Meta & Google Acquisition

Personally manage:
- Campaign structure
- Budgets
- Bidding
- Audiences
- Search terms
- Creative formats
- Retargeting
- Shopping/Performance Max
- Other relevant campaign types

Scale winners, stop weak spend quickly and maintain disciplined account hygiene.

2. Performance Analysis & Budgeting

Own:
- Spend
- Revenue
- CAC
- Recent-customer CAC
- ROAS
- MER
- Conversion
- CTR
- CPC
- CPM
- AOV
- Creative/landing-page performance

Understand the difference between platform attribution and actual Shopify/business performance, and allocate budgets accordingly.

3. Tracking & Attribution

Work with our Shopify/tech resource across:
- GA4
- Meta Pixel/CAPI
- Google Ads conversions
- GTM
- Merchant Center
- UTMs
