We are looking for a "ServiceNow Delivery leader " for our global IT services provider

Location: Pune/ Bangalore/ Chennai/Hyderabad

20+ years of managing ServiceNow projects

Experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage
large-scale ServiceNow delivery programs
across multiple clients
- Own
end-to-end project lifecycle
– from solution design to implementation and support
- Ensure alignment with
ITIL best practices
and enterprise standards
- Oversee
program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
architecture, consulting, and operations
- Provide strategic direction on
ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap
- Mentor and lead high-performing delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience




- 20+ years of experience in
IT services delivery
, with robust exposure to ServiceNow
- Proven experience leading
large-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Deep understanding of:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Request Management
- Configuration Management
- Hands-on experience in
designing / customizing ServiceNow modules
- Strong knowledge of
project delivery lifecycle and methodologies
(Agile / Waterfall)
- Experience working with
cloud technologies and SaaS environments
- Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong
analytical and consultative mindset
