About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Customer Success Manager – Recruitment
to manage multiple client accounts, understand their hiring requirements, drive candidate delivery, and ensure successful closures. The role will also involve managing and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve client-specific hiring targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
talent acquisition/recruitment consulting, client management, team handling, and recruitment delivery
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client accounts and build solid, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client hiring requirements, job mandates, priorities, and expectations.
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery and ensure timely submission of relevant candidates.




- Coordinate with clients throughout the hiring process, from requirement intake to candidate closure.
- Manage and allocate mandates among recruiters based on expertise, workload, and priority.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team targets.
- Track recruitment metrics including candidate submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and closures.
- Review candidate quality and ensure recruiters maintain high standards of screening and shortlisting.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Resolve client escalations and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, turnaround time, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and client data in internal systems/ATS.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful fulfilment of critical mand
