Why this role exists
We run live research engagements for some of India's biggest consumer brands. That means real briefs, real deadlines, and real client expectations - not simulated exercises.
We're looking for someone who can dig into messy data, make sense of it, and turn it into something a brand team can actually act on. Not file it. Not describe it. Act on it.
What you'll actually do
Analysis and synthesis
- Work across conversation data, search trends, transcripts, and performance metrics — often all at once, often with gaps
- Pull signal from noise: what's the pattern, what does it mean, what should the brand do about it
- Build frameworks that make messy inputs legible — not just organized, actually useful
Output and communication
- Support client-ready slides, insight tables, and reports — the kind that go to insights heads and brand leads
- Translate ambiguous, multi-source inputs into a clean, confident narrative - Spot the trend or whitespace prospect that isn't obvious in the data — and say so clearly
Who we think this is for
Your background matters less than how you think. You could be finishing a degree in economics, psychology, design, or engineering — we care more about what you've built or figured out than what you've studied.
You probably:
- Have done some real analysis — internship, academic project, freelance work — and can talk about what you actually found, not just what you did - Are comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, growth rates, % splits feel like tools, not obstacles
- Write well. Not elegantly — clearly. A well-structured point is worth more than clever phrasing
- Get restless when data sits uninterpreted. You want to know what it means - Can bucket chaos into a clean framework under time pressure
Even better if you have:
- Prior experience at a research, consulting, strategy, or analytics firm - Exposure to consumer research, brand strategy, or market intelligence - Built a deck or report for an external
