Role & responsibilities

Driving online sales, advertising performance, customer acquisition, and overall digital business growth. The role involves managing e-commerce operations, coordinating advertising campaigns, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the team achieves revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales and digital advertising strategies.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and advertising spend.
- Analyze campaign and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization of marketing spend.
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, warehouse, customer service, and sales teams.
- Plan promotional campaigns for festivals, seasonal events, and product launches.
- Track inventory and coordinate with operations to minimize stock-outs and overstocking.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Identify underperforming campaigns/products and implement corrective actions.




- Train team members and establish clear performance goals and KPIs.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and digital advertising best practices.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or online marketplace management.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to work with sales targets, budgets, and performance KPIs.
