to drive business growth for our
Office Fitouts & Design-Build projects

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate recent business opportunities and acquire corporate clients.
- Build relationships with occupiers, MNCs, developers, IPCs, PMCs, architects, and consultants.
- Identify office expansion, relocation, renovation, and fit-out opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and manage a strong project pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Experience in Office Fitouts, Interiors, Design & Build, Commercial Real Estate, or Construction

✔ Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills

✔ Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
