Spectral Consultants is hiring for Network Engineer L2/L3 ( Wireless) for a Leading Chemical Manufacturing Company #chennai (Local chennai candidates)

Experience:
4–10 Years

Key Responsibilities / KRA
- Manage and troubleshoot
enterprise Aruba Wireless infrastructure
, including APs, controllers and gateways.
- Monitor and resolve
WLAN connectivity, coverage, roaming, interference and performance issues
.
- Configure and troubleshoot
Aruba Central
environments.
- Manage
Aruba ClearPass / NAC
for wired and wireless network access.
- Support authentication technologies including
802.1X, RADIUS and TACACS+
.
- Troubleshoot
LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching
issues.
- Work on
VLANs, IP addressing, OSPF/BGP and TCP/IP
.
- Perform incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and ISPs for complex network issues.
- Maintain network documentation and follow enterprise ITIL/process standards.

- Incident resolution within defined SLA
- MTTR reduction and effective troubleshooting
- First-time resolution / minimal repeat incidents
