Role Description
The Outside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new client relationships. This role involves prospecting and lead generation, conducting in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients, and explaining recruitment solutions that address their talent needs. The Outside Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals,



while maintaining regular follow-ups and providing high-quality customer service. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, tracking sales activities, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in identifying prospects, building pipelines, and closing deals.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, including presenting solutions clearly and managing client expectations.
- Proven Team Leadership capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively and support shared business goals.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or consulting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage field visits, and adapt to a dynamic client-facing setting.
- Good negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic office
