Data Warehousing
Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and best practices.
Experience designing Enterprise Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and Operational Data Stores.
Hands-on experience with dimensional modeling techniques.
Strong knowledge of Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), Fact & Dimension design, surrogate keys, and aggregation strategies.
Experience in data modeling and metadata management.
ETL & Data Integration
Strong experience in ETL/ELT development and data integration (Infomatica/ Datastage/ Wherescape/ Talend)
Expertise in source-to-target mappings, data transformations, data cleansing, and enrichment.
Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
Understanding of batch and near real-time data processing patterns.
Ability to adapt and work across various ETL platforms and frameworks.
Database & SQL
Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills.
Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
Understanding of query optimization techniques, indexing strategies, partitioning, and data performance optimization.
Cloud & Modern Data Platforms (Preferred)
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems.
Familiarity with Lakehouse, Data Lake, and contemporary Data Warehouse architectures.
Understanding of cloud-native data integration and orchestration patterns.
