As a Senior Analyst - Perks Support Management,



you’ll play a key role in supporting our US branch teams with policy renewals and documentation. This is your chance to grow your career in a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our US branch teams, ensuring smooth and timely policy renewals. You’ll manage documentation like Census, SBC, SPD, and Carrier Proposals while collaborating with Client Managers to deliver high-quality support for around 35 accounts.
You’ll also:
Apply your knowledge of US Health Insurance regulations to ensure compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and minimise rework.
Build strong relationships with onshore colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
Identify risks and resolve issues effectively.

About you
