? What Your First 90 Days Look Like
- First 15 Days (Onboard & Learn): Shadow live screening calls, master internal documentation tools,



begin independently conducting 15–20 screening calls/day and progressively ramp up screening volume (target: 25–40 calls/day).
- Days 30–60 (Own & Lead): Run high-quality candidate screens independently while taking on POD Lead responsibilities—coaching a sub-team of 2–3 members, tracking daily metrics, and driving corrective actions to ensure target completion.
- Towards 6 Months (Scale & Convert): Help build and mentor your POD team (scaling toward 5 structured PODs across the team) while positioning yourself for contract extension or full time conversion.
