Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Senior US IT Recruiter
with
7+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment
. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, technical requirements, US geography, work authorization/visa categories, and US hiring models including
W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time
.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong experience handling
US IT requirements from sourcing through onboarding
.
- Excellent understanding of
W2, C2C, 1099, Contract, C2H, and Full-Time
hiring models.
- Strong knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories.
- JobDiva experience required
- Strong understanding of US geography and time zones.




- Experience recruiting for multiple IT technologies and skill sets.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, JobDiva
or similar platforms.
- Experience working with
direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, MSP/VMS environments
, and staffing vendors.
- Excellent candidate relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, target-driven US staffing environment.
- Willingness to work according to
US business hours/time zones
