Role Prospect

The Team Leader (TL) plays a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional delivery within the India region through hands-on expertise and a commercially driven approach.

The role combines people leadership, project delivery oversight and customer relationship management,



technical expertise and operational excellence to ensure successful outcomes across multiple engagements within the India region for customers and the wider India team

The TL is fully accountable for delivering projects within the region portfolio, managing the complete end to end lifecycle for customer engagements, including through account management, Care and/or Manage Service.

This includes quality control, budget and scope tracking, handling change requests, maintaining strong communication, and overseeing governance, with the support of the Bedford Group Services Function.

The TL will be supported by PS and Group Leadership on all Key and Strategic projects; however, the TL will lead and manage the India consultant team, working alongside a People Operations Team to ensure team development and performance management.
