Role Purpose

The Training & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee onboarding, learning, and training programs across TAC Security. The role will ensure that new hires are effectively integrated into the organization while supporting continuous learning and professional development initiatives that enhance employee performance, productivity, and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in onboarding, learning & development (L&D;), employee training, instructional design, stakeholder management, and training coordination within a fast-paced technology or cybersecurity environment.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Management
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires across global locations.
- Develop and continuously improve onboarding programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Facilities, Finance, and Hiring Managers to ensure onboarding readiness.
- Conduct recent hire orientation sessions and company induction programs.




- Ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation, policies, compliance training, and system access.
- Track onboarding effectiveness and gather feedback from new employees and managers.

Learning & Development
- Identify organizational training needs in collaboration with department heads and leadership teams.
- Design, coordinate, and manage technical, functional, leadership, compliance, and soft-skills training programs.
- Create annual learning and development calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Support employee career development initiatives and learning pathways.
- Coordinate external training programs, certifications, and professional development opportunities.

Training Program Development
- Develop training materials, presentations, guides, e-learning content, SOPs, and learning resources.
- Create role-based learning paths for technical, cybersecurity, product, sales, and support teams.
