Job brief

We are looking for a HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us with talent acquisition and support our HR department’s daily activities.

Objectives of this Role

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and design fair, structured interview processes.

Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source candidates using platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards), networking, and campus hiring drives to build a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.

Screening & Selection: Conduct initial phone/video screens, coordinate assessments, and facilitate interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.

Offer Management: Negotiate compensation packages, prepare job offers, and facilitate a smooth, engaging onboarding process for new hires.

Employer Branding: Represent the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and online to promote our employer brand.

HR & Reporting: Manage the HRIS/ATS, track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire),



and assist with HR-related activities such as employee retention and engagement

Other requirements:

Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.

Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.

Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other skilled networks.

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
