Marketing Manager – Stroke

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager – Stroke
to lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for the Stroke portfolio. The role is responsible for driving brand growth through effective product lifecycle management, market insights, customer engagement, and successful product launches. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence to maximize business performance while delivering value to healthcare professionals and patients.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
pharmaceutical brand management
, preferably within
CNS/Neurology
, with the ability to translate market insights into impactful marketing strategies that accelerate brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand strategies, tactical plans, and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including brand planning, positioning,



forecasting, pricing support, and portfolio optimization.
- Lead current product launches by developing launch strategies, promotional campaigns, training plans, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, prescription trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Build compelling scientific and promotional communication materials for healthcare professionals.
- Design and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns using digital, field-force, and customer engagement platforms.
- Partner with Medical Affairs to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance of promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), neurologists, stroke specialists, and relevant medical societies.
