About the Role

Radeus Power Solutions is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Territory Sales Officer to strengthen our presence in the Thodupuzha market. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, generating leads, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy field sales, customer interaction, business development, and technical solution selling.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, digital enquiries, and market activities.
- Meet residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable energy solutions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for project evaluation.
- Prepare and present quotations and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate with customers and take ownership of the sales closing process.




- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, dealers, and business owners.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Engineering/technical background will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in field sales, business development, technical sales, or project-related roles preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive customer-handling and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Willingness to travel across Ernakulam and nearby areas.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a technical background may also be considered.
